Duplicates

Hi! When I add an Account with the name, which already exists in the system. BPM doesn’t warn me that this one is a duplicate. However, if any change is made to this Account (not related to its name), a pop-up notification shows up that this Account may be possibly a duplicate. In the rules for the search of duplicates, the necessary rules are active (and I put the ticks "use the rule when saving"): - Account duplicates. Account name, Telephone - Duplicated accounts only by name – Duplicated accounts. Account name.

Dear Angela,

The search for duplicates is not running from the mini-page due to certain technical reasons. It is running only if you are doing the duplicates search or when you save the record from the page.

Our R&D might be implementing the duplicate search from the mini-page in the future updates.
