Disqualifying leads

Hi Support, I need help with this one. The Leads section works as follows: when you qualify or disqualify a lead, then account and contact are automatically created, which are respectively linked. What should I do not to create and link them after I disqualify the lead?

Dear Angela,

The business-process processing the Lead Qualification is checking the system setting "Create new account on lead qualification" before creating Contact and Account. If you change this system setting the process won't create new Contacts and Accounts.
