Integration with personalized modules.

Good afternoon everyone

One of my colleagues added a new feature for Cases and I'm working on an endpoint from our own that will be requesting BPM's and affect this feature. I would like to know, where I could find some information related personalized modules and how I could trigger a process when a change is made on it.
