If the candidate selects the lookup value Accom(simple) then the colour is red.
condition Two: if he selects BSLI then the colour is Green.
For that which process I have to follow?

Unfortunately, there are no basic functions to realize your business task.
You can use Records color highlighting for bpm'online application, which can be purchased from the Marketplace (https://marketplace.bpmonline.com/app/records-color-highlighting-bpmonline).
Otherwise, your business task can be realized only through development and customization.
