Can anyone help User cannot create contact with same credentials it has to show message like already exists

Can you please describe more detailed you business task? What are you trying ot implement? 

User can not create duplicate 'Contact'. don't allow to save the contact if they are using same full name or mobile or email

Most likely you have duplicates rules set up on save of a record. To not check if the Contact is duplicated on save, turn of the checkbox (http://prntscr.com/m2yfv7) for corresponding rules.

Here in duplicates rules doesn't have mobile duplication checking and also i want to add duplicate rule for two extra added fields in contact mini page like date of birth and zip code can you please suggest me
