Good day,

It seems that this issue could be solved faster if you contact Creatio support.

Please send them an email at support@creatio.com

Thank you.

This isnt something they cover

I just installed a brand new local environment (SalesEnterprise_Marketing_ServiceEnterprise) and I can't even log in.

When I click the login button, nothing happens. Chrome console shows that the request to http://localhost/ServiceModel/AuthService.svc/Login returns with 404.

I have checked that the service file is there, I gave the AppPool user complete permission over the root directory and everything therein. Here is a screenshot of what's installed for IIS: http://prntscr.com/oidka4 (names in Dutch).

Any idea what could be causing this? To me it feels like I missed a setting, but that wouldn't explain why older environments suddenly broke. This suddenly started happening last week.

For those of you bumping into this later: apparently some update had uninstalled http activation of WCF services.... Re-enabling that fixed the login issue.

Jonas Van der Aa,

Useful !

Jonas Van der Aa,

Thank you! You saved my day :)

Thank you

I created a new server side module and trying to call from the client side module but keep getting service not found error, even thought the names are looking fine in spelling. Is there any special step I need to follow in order for me to register a .net class as a callable service?

Hi All,

Does anyone have an idea why am getting this error.

500 - Internal server error.

There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed.

It seems like you have an on-site application and you deployed it not correctly. Try to deploy it again. Please be carefull with workspaces. The numbers of the workspaces on IIS should match the munbers of the workspaces in the application.

Thanks Mark, I was able to login as supervisor with no error but not as any other user

Hi,

A number of reasons may cause this issue.

You need to check whether the user is active, has all needed licenses.

The user needs to be a part of an admin unit (all users), also check access rules if you have any records in range of allowed IP addresses.

Check the password expiration date (maybe the password has expired).

In case you checked, all the above-mentioned and all the terms are followed please write to support@bpmonline.com. Please add screenshots of all of the tabs on the User page to your case.
