CUSTOMER INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

 

Instructions: Please use the following list of questions to gather information from our customers regarding their successes with the bpm’online product. If possible, write the answer beneath the applicable question. This will ensure that all relevant questions are answered. Upon completion, forward the questions and answers to your bpm’online contact and the following email: j.krylova@bpmonline.com Thanks!

Questions:

  1. Please tell me a little about your company. (history, business model, industry, etc.) 
  2. What prompted you to consider a CRM software implementation?
  3. What specific challenges were you facing?
  4. What key features were the most important to you during the selection process?
  5. Besides bpm’online, what other vendors did you consider?
  6. What products did you purchase from bpm’online?
  7. Please describe the implementation process. (method and length of deployment, products used for integration – if any, relationship with partner, etc.)
  8. What are the top three benefits you believe you achieved after the implementation of bpm’online?
  9. Would you like to highlight a specific achievement?
  10. How do you measure the effects of bpm’online implementation? Please share two metrics used to gauge the success of the project.
