Hi,
In SDK, I followed the steps on 'How to add auto-numbering to the edit page' and it was working in out-of-the-box Product form.
The same was applied to custom object with few modifications. Unfortunately it is not giving correct result.
Is it applicable to custom object? or there are additional steps that need to be done for new module?

Hello,
Auto-numbering in the custom section is implemented in the same way as in the base one. Please try again and make sure you follow the instructions from the Academy step-by-step. If you face some difficulties again, let us know what steps did you go through and how the system acts exactly.
