We have a separate onpremise development environment and a UAT environment . These development and UAT environment are independent of Production and was built on Out of the box application and hence have OOB license.
In these environments, we are facing below issue while adding the records. Kindly assist rectifying the problem as due to teh limitation, we are not able to test functionalities

First of all please check if binary files of your application are not demo version. So they are not like 7.13.4.638_SalesEnterprise_Marketing_CustomerCenter_Softkey_Demo_MSSQL_ENU.
Secondly you need to check if you distibuted licenses properly to the system user that you are using. Try rebooting the instance, there can be an issue that licenses are aquired for system user, but they are not activated. Rebooting the instance and Redis cleaning can solve such issue.
