Are there any performance standards for the system?
I want to know how fast must pages be opened, data from Excel
imported or standart business processes executed.
For single user, sales enterprise, version 7.11.0.

There are no performance standards as there are too many factors affecting the performance. The content of the page, running business-processes and many other things may affect the amount of time needed for opening the page.
Elements in the business-process may affect on the amount of time needed for it's execution.
Same with data import. The amount of data, columns, deduplication rules etc. will affect the importing time too.
There were certain changes in 7.11 which provided much faster page loading and the system performance in general.
