BP Mail Synchronization

Could you please tell how I can cancel the errors in BP “Mail Synchronization”? Ususally if the BP stops, all the errors are turned off automatically, but I can’t find this BP Mail Synchronization, so it’s unclear how to mark all the errors and mistaken changes in the Change Log? I want them to be cancelled

You can find the Business Process 'Synchronize email' in the configuration.

1. Open this business process in the designer.

2. In the settings of the BP, type 'Business Process' in the column Tag.

3. Save the changes in the new versions and select the new version as 'current'.

As a result, the Business Process will be available in the process library, where you can disable it.

I would also recommend backing up your Database before you proceed with these changes.
