BPMonline Outlook Connector

Why do not the emails I have sent from BPMonline CRM show up in my MS Outlook Sent folder?

During every synchronization the following happens:

  • All changes made to the BPMonline contacts, tasks and appointments that meet the specified filter conditions will appear in MS Outlook.
  • All changes made to the MS Outlook contacts, emails, tasks and appointments that are connected with BPMonline will appear in BPMonline.
  • The information on the [Notes] and [Access Rights] details as well as data in the connected lookups will be updated.

Emails are being transferred only from MS Outlook to BPMonline CRM.

So than why would I need to have sending emails function in BPMonline CRM?

this function is a part of BPMonline CRM Basic functionality, so that it is really useful when company doesn’t use MS Outlook or some other kind of emailing apps, and helps to keep interactions history in one place.

Kevin, another great feature with BPMonline's e-mail functionality is the mass mailing tool.
