Hi there, Can you please tell me what criteria the system is searching on when we select duplicate contacts? I have a number of duplicate records but it doesn't seem to be picking them up.

If you login to the system and go to System Designer, and then Setup Duplicates Rules (under the System Setup header), you can see what rules are in place, and enable them or disable them based on your needs.
There are several in place, like Accounts with same name, website, city and email; Contacts with same email, name, name and email, phone, etc.
