What to do with process task notifications? They won't disappear, no matter what I do.

Hello Jackil!
The business process notifications will be removed as soon as the action is completed or the process execution is canceled. Please make sure you have completed the actions, not just postponed them. Else, you can cancel the execution of the business process. In the box instances that is how the notifications function. If the issue persists, I would recommend you to contact the bpm'online support team.
