I'm trying to understand how I can import a list of objects with all their characteristics. I exported data to Excel from our system, then I went to the import section in your system. I selected the file to upload, chose “Another” in the place to upload and found the "Real estate object" in the list of options (this is the only one close to what I am looking for). And then I saw the columns from the file that I had previously created and a suggestion to assign the fields in your system. However, I couldn’t find lots of objects’ characteristics in the suggested fields, though I see them in the settings of these same objects. For example, there is ‘Prices’. Can you please consult me on data import?

You can import objects via configuration only. You need to open configuration and find "Import from file" (General group).
If you have more of objects you can try to load them as a package. You can find find Installed applications in the system designer and add applications there.
