What criteria is being used to flag duplicate records in accounts?

Search for duplicates is available in the [Contacts] and [Accounts] sections. For the [Accounts] section the search is done by values in the following fields: [Account Name], [Also Known As], and fields from the [Communication Options] field block in the account card. For the [Contacts] section the search is done by values in the following fields: [Contact Name], [Mobile Phone], [Home Phone], [Skype], and [Email]. The record is considered to be a duplicate in case the value at least in one of the mentioned fields is completely identical to the corresponding value in another record.

If all the fields look different, but the system considers some contacts as duplicates, try to delete the appropriate rows from [ContactDuplicate] table in DB and search for duplicates again.
