Is it possible to export a Process diagram as an XML/JSON file? Kindly suggest.

Hello,
Unfortunately, it is not possible to export the process diagram in any format to be able to use it in any other systems. You can only export the process itself through the configuration. This idea has been passed to our R&D team to include such possibility in upcoming releases.
