We are facing problem with automatic update in bpm'online instance which will takes much time.
how can I stop automatic updates in bpm'online?

Dear Suresh,
Unfortunately, we сan't stop the updates of your instance.
There are two reasons for this:
1. With each release we are improving our security policy. Every application that stays on the outdated version on our servers is a potential danger not only for itself, but also for other websites.
2. With each new release we include fixes for the issues found in previous versions. This will prevent customers from receiving potential errors.
If the update time is not suitable for you, please contact your manager to discuss the maintain hours.
