Is there a way to create a link to open up an edit page instead of clicking on the three dots as show in the attached file.

Dear Adebola,
You can press on three dots and easily open 'Edit' page.
If this doesn't suit you, the only option is to create another button in ProductQualificationDetailV2 schema.
This has to be developed similary to '+' button. Please look at BaseDetailV2 as an example.
