Moving Creatio from on-premise to Creatio Cloud - what is required

What are the requirements for preparing a Creatio 7.15.2.501 instance that is deployed on-premise and preparing it for movement into an updated Cloud instance? Things that come to mind are:
- MS SQL version required
- Upgrading to upcoming 7.15.3
- Using Windows authentication
- validating email configuration
- verifying that bulk email campaigns still work
- other items

Dear Dick,
You should also verify that all integrations will be transferred as well - if anything uses IP or address of Creatio it should be changed.
