Frequently, whenever im trying to upload a file document (even if the file is empty) a warning message appears such as follows:
Im trying to know what might causes such an issue.

Dear Mohammad,
It usually happens if the template has some different format, other than .docx. Make sure your upload .docx file, not .doc
If the issue still persists - please approach the support team via support@creatio.com for investigation in your particular environment.
