what is the use of the below property?
RequestTimeout under appsettings in the root web.config file.

Dear Anitha,
The mentioned property contains response timeout value from Active Directory if your system is synchronized with it.
By default, response timeout is set to 120 seconds for all queries sent from bpm'online to AD server.
