The hardware configuration provided in the table below ensures the operation and overall efficiency of BPMonline.
The recommended requirement for data channel for client-server connection is 512 Kbps per one user.
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
This section contains the list of operating systems and software requirements for client PC that ensure high performance of BPMonline.
Operating System:
Microsoft Windows:
- Windows XP Service Pack 3;
- Windows Vista;
- Windows 7.
Mac OS:
- Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger;
- Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard;
- Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard;
- OS X 10.7 Lion;
- OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion.
One of the following Internet browsers must be installed on the client computer:
Internet Explorer 8 or higher;
Firefox of the newest version;
Chrome of the newest version;
Safari of the newest version;
For correct operation of some functional modules of BPMonline, you have to install Silverlight 4.0 browser plugin on each client computer. The browser that is used to work with BPMonline must support Silverlight.
