Question

Using installed application, an error is shown in the log file

Dear community

I'm using a sales-enterprise trial version in order to install a package created by me, but when I try install an error is generated and the log says :

System.ApplicationException: Dependent package "BulkEmail" not found

I have checked my customPackage and the BulkEmail exist.

The version for sales enterprise trial version is : 7.14.2.875 and my installed version is 7.14.0.597.

What is the reason for this error.

Hi,

This issue might happen if you are using full bundle or version with marketing for developing package. Check that trial instance has the same amount of products included (sales, marketing, service) or try to install package to full bundle - most likely there will be no such error.

Angela thank you so much for your time and reply me, with full bundle version the installation is success. Can you explain me, why I dont see the section that I created in my package. Thank you so much.
