What is the best way to Opt-In a contact - or allow bulk emails again?

 

What are my options to opt-in a contact after they unintentional clicked unsubscribe in a bulk email?  How do you change/undo the communication channel - "do not use email" to be unchecked.

 

  1. ​​Create a business process?
  2. Creat a landing page?
  3. ?

Dear John,

 

You may 'unlock' the 'Do not use Email' checkbox. It can be done via Section Wizard (if you obtain the administrator rights). 

To unlock the box please:

1. Open the contact page and go to Section Wizard.

2. Find the field in question and click on the pen to go to its settings:

3. Make sure the 'Read-only' box is unchecked:

4. Save the changes.

This way you'll be able to remove the 'do not use email' mark from the contact by simply unchecking the box on the page.
