Hello,

According to our policy with this service, the plugin you specified cannot be configured on sites that are hosted in the cloud. However, you can try to implement it for a locally deployed site.

We have also registered this suggestion to the responsible development team to consider and provide such implementation in future releases of the application.

Hello, I am working on the customer's requirements, in which it is necessary to perform a global search not only by application attributes, but also by the content of a text document (doc, pdf).

Is it possible to implement using elasticsearch?

Hello Dmitriy,

Unfortunately Global Search functionality cannot be applied to the attachments for now.

We've registered a query for our responsible R&D team to implement such functionality in the upcoming releases but due to complexity of the task there is no specific ETA as of now.

Best regards,

Anastasiia

Hi Anastasia,

Our prospect is also demanding this functionality! Can you provide an ETA?

luis.goncalves@imdigital.pt,

Unfortunately for now we don't have any ETA for when this functionality will be implemented.

There used to be an addon able to handle this (not sure what was the mechanism used though, elasticsearch or something else), so I guess there somehow a possibility. It is an often requested feature indeed.

Hi Team,

I have performed a re-indexing query in Global Search Server to make the records up-to-date (i.e., re-indexed) so that global search can fetch all the available & indexed records.

We ran the re-indexing query successfully and could search the records in the global search engine and records are displayed. Followed the below link!

https://community.creatio.com/articles/deduplication-and-global-search-faq

However few of the records (Contact section records) are not displaying even after the successful re-indexing

Kindly help me with this!

Regards,

Bhoobalan Palanivelu.
